According to 'Bild', Dynamo Dresden are signing German-Nigerian winger Kennedy Okpala, 21, from SC Paderborn. The player will join the second-division club on loan until the end of the season in a deal that was completed shortly before the transfer deadline. The agreement does not include an option to buy. Okpala had only moved to Paderborn in January from Waldhof Mannheim for a fee of €550,000. According to Transfermarkt, Okpala has a current market value of €1.50m. He had also been linked with AIK and Cracovia Kraków.
