While a report from Greece stated that Dinamo is interested in signing Tin Jedvaj from Panathinaikos and that negotiations have started, sources from Maksimir say this is not true. Dinamo wanted to sign Jedvaj last summer, but the transfer failed, and it appears a transfer will not happen this summer either.

The website jutarnji.hr reports that Tin Jedvaj is close to returning to Dinamo Zagreb, with a deal possibly being completed for less than 1 million euros.

Tin Jedvaj's playing time at Panathinaikos is decreasing. According to Athens sources, the club does not consider him part of its future plans. Jedvaj wants to return home and primarily wants to leave Panathinaikos, with Dinamo as his preferred option. Last summer there were reportedly contacts, but the Greek club set a price of 2.5 million euros, which Dinamo considered too high. The price would now be significantly lower, probably less than one million. According to Greek sources, talks have already started with mutual interest.

Tin Jedvaj, a 29-year-old defender currently with Panathinaikos, is reportedly in negotiations with Dinamo. The former player of Dinamo is said to be eager to return to his home club and is reportedly drawn to the prospect of being part of Zvonimir Boban's project. He is understood to be open to accepting Dinamo's new, more pragmatic contract terms. Although Jedvaj has a contract with Panathinaikos that runs until 2027, he would be entering the final year of his contract next season, which could considerably lower his transfer value if he opts not to renew. He joined Panathinaikos in the summer of 2023 on loan from Lokomotiv Moscow, and his contract was purchased last summer for half a million euros. Despite facing injury problems last season, he still managed to play 32 matches across all competitions, scoring one goal and providing one assist. At Dinamo, he could potentially fill roles in both the center-back and full-back positions.
