Timothy Weah Transfer from Juventus to AFC Bournemouth
Bournemouth are reportedly showing interest in acquiring Timothy Weah from Juventus following his decision to reject a transfer to Nottingham Forest. This interest was confirmed by journalist Ed Aarons from The Guardian. In addition to Bournemouth, Everton and Leeds United are also competing for Weah's signature. Weah was excluded from Juventus' squad for their FIFA Club World Cup match against Manchester City, as Juventus had reached an agreement to sell him and Samuel Mbangula to Nottingham Forest for a total of €25 million. However, Weah declined the transfer, and his agent expressed dissatisfaction with Juventus' handling of the situation. Despite this obstacle, Bournemouth, along with Everton and Leeds, continue to be eager to sign the 25-year-old USMNT player, who has shown a desire to play in the Premier League.
