Lazio submitted an offer for Almeria's 2005-born Serbian-French midfielder, Stefan Dzodic, as the club seeks to add a dynamic midfielder to its squad. The proposal was for 14 million euros plus four million in bonuses, but it was rejected by Almeria. It is now considered unlikely that Lazio will make an improved bid for the player. Dzodic, who joined Almeria in July 2025 and is under contract until June 2030, has made 18 appearances in LaLiga2 this season, contributing one goal and two assists. He has been capped eight times by the Serbia U21 national team. According to Transfermarkt, Dzodic has a current market value of €800k.
