The idea for the swap originated from Inter, but challenges persist, such as Lazio's typical reluctance towards player exchanges and the differences in player valuations. Frattesi, who was acquired by Inter for 40 million euros from Sassuolo in 2023, earns an annual salary of 2.8 million euros.
