Stanis Idumbo Transfer from Sevilla to Toulouse
Toulouse is closely monitoring Stanis Idumbo, who is currently under contract with Sevilla FC. Sevilla is considering loaning him out without a purchase option.
According to Mundo Deportivo, there is a possibility that Stanis Idumbo Muzambo may transfer to the Ligue 1 club Toulouse. Currently a player for Sevilla, Idumbo Muzambo is being considered for a move to the French league. Toulouse has expressed interest in the promising young player, who plays as an under-21 international for the Diablos Rojos. He was initially recruited to Sevilla by Víctor Orta, the former sporting director, from the youth system of Ajax. Although Quique Sánchez Flores included him in several squads during the 2023-2024 season, Idumbo made his debut in the first team last season under the management of García Pimienta. Sevilla is open to loaning Idumbo to Toulouse without including a purchase option, as they have other players such as Ejuke, Rubén Vargas, and potentially Alfon, with whom they have a pre-contract agreement, who can fill his position. The relationship between Toulouse and Sevilla remains positive, and Sevilla is scheduled to play a friendly match in France during the preseason.
Toulouse is reportedly interested in acquiring Stanis Idumbo to bolster their attacking options, with a loan deal from Sevilla already being considered. However, there is competition from other clubs. This interest was reported by TeamFootball. Idumbo, a 19-year-old Belgian Congolese forward, is under contract with Sevilla until 2028 and has a market value of 2.5 million euros. Last season, he participated in 17 matches for Sevilla's first team, scoring once and providing three assists. Despite his limited playing time, he is regarded as a raw diamond. Sevilla is considering a loan arrangement without a purchase option, as they hold him in high esteem, noting his talent and describing him as spectacular, fast, and technically brilliant. Toulouse is competing with Anderlecht and other Spanish clubs, as Idumbo seeks more playing time and opportunities for development.
