Soungoutou Magassa Transfer from Monaco to Eintracht Frankfurt
Eintracht Frankfurt is attempting to intervene in the transfer deal between Soungoutou Magassa and West Ham at the eleventh hour. The German club is keen on bolstering their team by acquiring the 21-year-old French player. It was reported that Magassa had already agreed to join West Ham, with a transfer fee of around €17 million plus €3 million in bonuses negotiated with the English club. Nonetheless, Eintracht Frankfurt is making a late bid to sign the midfielder, who participated in 31 matches last season, including 21 in the Championship and 7 in the Champions League. Previously, clubs such as Nottingham Forest and AS Roma had also expressed interest in the promising French international before West Ham finalized their agreement. Magassa's contract with AS Monaco is valid until 2029, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €12 million.
