Faye, who has one cap for Senegal and joined Sporting from Granada in January, could leave the Portuguese club temporarily for more playing time after making nine appearances. His contract with Sporting is valid until June 2030. The transfer from Granada was completed for a reported €6.5 million fixed fee, with the total deal potentially reaching €8 million including add-ons.
