The Turkish football club Genclerbirligi has shown interest in CSKA Moscow's forward, Sekou Koita. Journalist Reshat Jan Ozbudak has indicated that the Ankara-based club has reached an agreement with the Malian forward. Reports suggest that the player has initiated the visa application process. The 25-year-old forward participated in 35 matches for CSKA last season, scoring five goals and assisting three times. In the ongoing 2025/2026 season, he has played in five matches and provided one assist. According to Transfermarkt, Koita's market value is estimated at €3.50 million, and his current contract with the Moscow club is set to expire on June 30, 2027.
