Victor Orakpo, a 20-year-old Nigerian who had loan spells at Montpellier and Nancy last season, has been officially loaned by OGC Nice to Gençlerbirligi with a purchase option.

A proposal has been made by the Turkish club Gençlerbirliği for Victor Orakpo, as Nice considers departures to reshape its squad. The potential deal for the 20-year-old, who is under contract until 2028, would be a loan with an option to buy.
