Udinese is considering the French Ligue 2 market to reinforce its defence and is interested in Troyes' French-Senegalese central defender Sankhoun Diawara, who was born in 2006. The player is valued at 2 million euros on Transfermarkt and made 17 appearances last season across the league and Coupe de France. His contract with Troyes expires in 2027, a detail which could reportedly facilitate his departure, as it is suggested the club would otherwise risk losing him for free in a year. Diawara has been capped twice by the France U19 team. In addition to Udinese's interest, both Basel and Rangers have also been recently linked with the defender.
