Belgian forward Samuel Ntanda, 20, emerged as a transfer target for Werder Bremen but ultimately decided to join RSC Anderlecht after considering several options. Ntanda made a return to Anderlecht, where he had been initially trained, following his previous club Sampdoria's relegation to Serie C and their financial struggles. Despite receiving interest from multiple clubs, including Werder Bremen, Getafe, Luton Town, and Charleroi, Ntanda chose to sign a three-year contract with Anderlecht. This move was facilitated by the payment of only a training compensation fee, making it a financially appealing deal for Anderlecht. The club regards Ntanda as a long-term asset, and he is also set to play for the RSCA Futures. The transfer was concluded after Ntanda signed his contract in Neerpede. Transfermarkt lists his market value at €450k.
