Samuel Lino leaving Atlético Madrid?

Samuel Lino returns to his Brazilian homeland, signing a contract with Flamengo Rio de Janeiro until the end of 2029. Atlético Madrid reportedly receives a transfer fee of 25 million euros including bonuses. Lino was a regular player for Atlético Madrid last season, playing in 47 competitive matches (four goals, eight assists). After six years in Portugal and Spain, he is now moving back to Brazil.

Samuel Lino attracted interest from teams in the Premier League. However, he was ultimately convinced by Flamengo's project and coach Filipe Luís to return to Brazilian football.

Samuel Lino is set to leave Atlético Madrid, and Nápoles is one of the potential destinations. Both Nápoles and Flamengo have shown formal interest in Lino and are willing to make concrete offers. Atlético Madrid is open to selling him to recover their investment and gain a significant financial return. Samuel Lino joined Atlético Madrid after being bought from Gil Vicente for 7 million euros. Transfermarkt currently estimates his market worth at 22.00 million euros.
