PSV is monitoring NEC attacker Sami Ouaissa, according to a report from De Telegraaf. The Eindhoven club reportedly views the 21-year-old Dutch-Moroccan player as an interesting option for the right-wing position. De Telegraaf also states that clubs from France, Germany, and Italy are observing the player. Scouts are said to be frequently visiting NEC, although not exclusively for Ouaissa. His contract runs until mid-2028, but NEC is reportedly hoping to extend it to strengthen their position for a future sale. In the 2025/2026 Eredivisie season, Ouaissa has 6 goals and 3 assists in 24 appearances. He has two caps for the Netherlands U21 team and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €2.50m.
