Saïd Remadnia Transfer from Olympique Marseille U19 to Chelsea

1h ago

Chelsea have shown interest in Saïd Remadnia, a 16-year-old Olympique Marseille attacking winger of Tunisian and Algerian nationality. It is reported that he has been monitored by European clubs for some time. It is said that the London club has proposed a five-year contract that would start in March 2027, when Remadnia turns 18, the minimum age for an international transfer. Chelsea's plan is not to place him directly into the first team but to integrate him through the reserve team to aid his development. As part of the offer, it is also reported that the club is willing to facilitate his family's move to London. However, Olympique Marseille does not want to lose the player, and sporting director Medhi Benatia is working to ensure he continues his career in France. The winger is yet to be capped for Tunisia at the U20 level and has made 2 appearances for Marseille's U19 team this season, providing 3 assists.
