Genoa has submitted a €5 million (£4.3 million) bid for Ryan Alebiosu, according to a report by Pete O'Rourke. The Serie A club has identified Alebiosu as a potential replacement for their current right-back, Brooke Norton-Cuffy. Norton-Cuffy is close to moving to Inter Milan. Manager Ismael claimed that the final days of the transfer window are not the right time to sell the Nigeria international. The manager, who is French, did not definitively state that Alebiosu would not be leaving Ewood Park.
