Arsenal scouted FC Porto's promising young talent Rodrigo Mora during the 2025 Club World Cup. The club is reportedly showing the most significant interest in the 18-year-old and is currently leading the race to secure his signature. Mora's existing contract with Porto features a €70 million release clause. The young attacking midfielder has also caught the attention of other major clubs, including Manchester City and Manchester United, following his outstanding performance at the tournament, where he scored a solo goal in Porto's 4-4 draw with Al Ahly. Despite facing competition, Arsenal remains in the lead, consistent with their strategy to acquire young talents. Mora's contract, which runs until 2030, does not discourage the Gunners due to their strong interest and his impressive record of 11 goals and four assists in 35 appearances last season.
