Sunderland are aware of extensive interest in goalkeeper Robin Roefs from the Premier League elite. Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea are reportedly preparing bids. Sunderland are expecting huge offers for the 23-year-old Dutch goalkeeper in the summer window, and it is stated he could cost more than £50m. Roefs joined Sunderland last summer from Eredivisie side NEC for around £10m on a contract until 2030. Sunderland signed another goalkeeper in January partly because of the growing interest in Roefs. He has made 24 appearances in the Premier League this season, has not yet been capped by the Netherlands, and has a current market value of €18.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
