Robert Lewandowski Transfer from FC Barcelona to Al Hilal

According to a report from Sacha Tavolieri, Al-Hilal offered to include Robert Lewandowski in a transaction with FC Barcelona involving João Cancelo. The proposal was made during discussions between FC Barcelona and the Saudi club regarding João Cancelo. Sacha Tavolieri states that Robert Lewandowski is currently happy at FC Barcelona and wishes to remain with the club.

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, aged 37, was presented with an offer from the Saudi Investment Fund, which proposed a potential transfer to Al-Hilal. The offer amounted to 100 million euros annually plus bonuses, positioning him as one of the highest-paid players worldwide. Nonetheless, Lewandowski's agent indicated that negotiations were postponed at Lewandowski's request, as he preferred to stay at FC Barcelona for the time being. It was mentioned that the Saudi project would be revisited in the near future. His agent, Pini Zahavi, revealed that Lewandowski had received a similar proposal the previous summer but had opted to remain in Europe to compete in the Champions League and vie for the Spanish championship. Undeterred, the Saudi Investment Fund extended the offer again this summer. After discussions with Lewandowski did not progress, Al-Hilal proceeded to sign Darwin Núñez. Lewandowski's contract with FC Barcelona is due to expire in June 2026, and his market value is currently estimated at €12 million by Transfermarkt.
