After Felipe Augusto's transfer to Zenit, Trabzonspor increased their efforts for Sirius striker Robbie Ure. According to Swedish media outlet Fotboll Transfers, Trabzonspor has progressed significantly in talks for the player.

Swedish media reports indicate that Trabzonspor has initiated contacts for Robbie Ure of Sirius. Trabzonspor has conducted an initial meeting with the Swedish club, however, negotiations over a transfer fee have not yet begun.

The Turkish side Trabzonspor has made an enquiry for Robbie Ure, a 22-year-old Scottish-Ukrainian centre-forward who has scored 12 goals in 12 games this season, and is the latest club to show interest in the striker. Other interested parties include Lyon and Hoffenheim, which have also been linked with the player. A £3.5 million bid from Serie A side Lecce, which included a 30 per cent sell-on clause, was previously rejected. Sirius have now informed all clubs that Ure will not be allowed to leave for less than £8.5 million. Ure joined the Swedish club from RSC Anderlecht II in March 2025 for a reported fee of €740,000 and is under contract until the end of 2029. His current market value is estimated at €5.00m by Transfermarkt.
