According to Calciomercato.it, Vasco da Gama winger Rayan is attracting interest from Brighton & Hove Albion, Chelsea, Nottingham Forest and Tottenham, who all have the financial strength to outbid fellow suitors AC Milan and Roma.

Chelsea have scouted Rayan on several occasions over the past 12 months and are planning talks of their own. Rayan has a €40million (£35m) release clause, and Vasco are in discussions with his agent to increase it via a new contract. According to Calciomercato, there is a busy race forming to bring Rayan to Europe.

According to reports in England, Chelsea are interested in signing Vasco da Gama's 19-year-old Brazilian winger, Rayan. His current contract with the Brazilian club runs until the end of 2026, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt to be €18.00m. Several other European clubs, including Porto, Olympique Lyonnais, and Milan, have also been linked with the player.
