La Gazette du Fennec has reported that Olympique Lyon is keen on acquiring Ramiz Zerrouki from Feyenoord. Zerrouki, an Algerian international aged 27, is expected to leave Rotterdam this summer due to his inability to secure a regular starting spot. Feyenoord's management is hopeful of selling him, while Zerrouki is aiming to rejuvenate his career at a new club in order to keep his place in the national team for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. The midfielder, who moved from FC Twente to Feyenoord in the summer of 2023 for 7.5 million euros, is also drawing interest from other French clubs like RC Strasbourg and RC Lens, as well as Spanish clubs Villarreal and Sevilla. The arrival of Sem Steijn and the potential signing of Luciano Valente by Feyenoord have further reduced Zerrouki's chances of playing time next season.
