Ramiz Zerrouki Transfer from Feyenoord to Lens
La Gazette du Fennec has reported that RC Lens is interested in acquiring Ramiz Zerrouki from Feyenoord. It is anticipated that the Algerian midfielder will leave this summer as he looks for more playing time and aims to secure his position in the national team for the upcoming 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Zerrouki, who transferred to Feyenoord in the summer of 2023 for 7.5 million euros from FC Twente, has found it challenging to become a regular starter at the club. Additionally, interest is being shown by Olympique Lyon and RC Strasbourg in France, as well as Spanish clubs Villarreal and Sevilla. Feyenoord is aiming to offload him to create room for new midfield acquisitions, such as Sem Steijn and potentially Luciano Valente. Zerrouki's decision to move is motivated by his aspiration to rejuvenate his club career and secure his place in the Algerian national team.
