Following the departure of Allan Saint-Maximin, RC Lens has signed 23-year-old French left winger Junior Kadile from Servette FC on a one-season loan that includes an option to buy. Hull City was also interested in the player, who was trained at Stade Rennais FC. A club communiqué described Kadile as a versatile and explosive forward and noted his performance at the end of the previous Swiss Super League season, during which he scored 6 goals and provided 10 assists in 13 matches. Kadile, who also holds DR Congo nationality, has a contract with the Swiss club until June 30, 2029. Transfermarkt values him at €2.00m. He has previously been capped four times by the France U17 team.
