Querétaro has completed the payment to Santa Clara for the transfer of Brazilian left-back Paulo Victor, 25, which concludes a process with several incidents. The fraud attempt was detected in time and caused no harm to either club. The shareholders of both clubs held direct discussions to reach an immediate resolution and will file criminal complaints in Portugal and Mexico.
