According to a report from Sports Boom, Ipswich Town now have a serious interest in signing Parfait Guiagon and are in a more advanced position than promotion rivals Coventry City and Middlesbrough. The Ivorian is open to a move to England. Ipswich's scouts are said to particularly value the player's decision-making in transition.

Ipswich is one of several top Championship clubs interested in Charleroi's Parfait Guiagon. Coventry and Middlesbrough are also named as potential suitors and would likely act if they are promoted to the Premier League. MLS clubs Orlando City and Charlotte FC are also exploring a move for Guiagon. The 24-year-old Ivorian winger has 4 caps for his country. Guiagon joined the Belgian club in August 2023 and has a contract until 2028. He has registered 8 goals and 3 assists in 22 league appearances this season. After significant interest in January, Charleroi had Guiagon sign a new contract, which strengthened their negotiating position for the summer.
