Premier League sides Tottenham Hotspur and Brentford are continuing talks to sign Gençlerbirliği's 18-year-old midfielder Ousmane Diabate. The Guinean player was promoted to the A team after arriving in Turkey last December, and his performances have drawn the attention of English scouts. Brentford currently appears to be the frontrunner to sign Diabate, for whom the anticipated transfer fee is around £3 million plus bonuses. Diabate's contract with the Turkish club expires in June 2029. He has made one international appearance for Guinea and played in 4 Süper Lig matches in the 2025/2026 season.
