Napoli are reportedly monitoring Cruzeiro's Brazilian goalkeeper Otávio. Other interested European clubs include Porto and Borussia Dortmund. Tottenham Hotspur are also among the Premier League sides watching the 20-year-old. The competition for the player also includes Nottingham Forest, who had a reported €13 million offer rejected during the summer. Cruzeiro have since strengthened their negotiating position by extending Otávio's contract until 2031. This contract includes a €100 million release clause for foreign clubs, although the Brazilian side is reportedly seeking an initial fee between €25 million and €30 million. Otávio joined Cruzeiro in January 2025 and has been capped once by the Brazilian national team. According to Transfermarkt, he has a current market value of €10.00m.
