Osman Hadžikić, a 29-year-old goalkeeper for the Bosnian national team, has committed to a two-year contract with Slaven Belupo. Last season, he was part of Velež, where he made 74 appearances across the past three seasons and earned the title of goalkeeper of the year for two consecutive seasons (2022/23 and 2023/24). Born in Austria, Hadžikić brings extensive playing experience, having launched his professional career at Austria Vienna, where he played the most matches, totaling 75. His career also includes stints at Zürich in Switzerland and Admira Wacker in Austria. Notably, he has previous experience in the Croatian league, having spent six months on loan at Inter Zaprešić in early 2020. Although he is a new addition to the Bosnian national team, he has yet to make his official debut. Earlier today, Hadžikić joined his new teammates in Koprivnica and completed his first training session with Slaven Belupo.
