According to L'Équipe, Orel Mangala is expected in Spain to undergo a medical examination for a loan move to Getafe which will not include a purchase option. The Spanish club will cover a little more than half of his salary, and this will allow Olympique Lyonnais to significantly reduce their wage bill. Mangala is under contract until June 2028.
