Real Sociedad has been monitoring Nino since his time at Fluminense. It was previously reported that Palmeiras also wanted to sign Nino, but the clubs could not agree on a fee, as the Brazilian club wanted to pay less than €10 million while Zenit was asking for €20 million. Nino's contract with his current team runs until the summer of 2028. The Transfermarkt portal lists his market value at €10 million. The defender has one cap for Brazil and joined his current club in January 2024. Fluminense has also been linked with the player.
