Deportivo Alavés and Mirandés have agreed to the loan of 30-year-old defender Nikola Maras until the end of the season. The Serbian central defender was not in coach Eduardo Coudet's plans from the start of the season and had not featured at all for Alavés this season, as he did not count for the coach. He will now play for Mirandés in the Segunda División. Maras, who has been capped twice by Serbia, is under contract with Alavés until June 2027 and has a current market value of €800k, according to Transfermarkt.
