Murillo Transfer from Nottingham Forest to FC Bayern München
Nottingham Forest hopes to receive as much as 90 million euros for the sale of Murillo. CaughtOffside reports that Bayern Munich is interested in the player, and that they are not the only club with an interest. Murillo's contract is valid until 2029.
According to Christian Falk, Bayern Munich have added Murillo to their shortlist. Falk stated the defender would likely cost around €50m and also be a target for Chelsea if he moves in the near future. Bayern can imagine bringing the centre-back into the squad. Falk noted that Murillo's transfer fee will not be an easy one for Bayern and suspects it will be over €50m, but an advantage is that he does not have a particularly high salary at the moment, so he would fit well into the Bayern squad.
According to the BILD football podcast 'Bayern Insider', Bayern Munich have Murillo on their transfer list, but other players must first be sold before the club can make a move.
According to the 'Bild' podcast 'Bayern Insider', Murillo from Nottingham Forest is a potential new signing for FC Bayern, who are reportedly looking to sign a new central defender next summer as Dayot Upamecano's contract extension has stalled and Minjae Kim is considered a possible candidate for sale. The 23-year-old Brazilian is apparently highly regarded at Säbener Straße, but an attempt to sign him is likely to be expensive. His contract with Nottingham Forest runs until 2029 and does not include a release clause, with other clubs such as FC Chelsea, FC Barcelona, and Arsenal also reportedly showing interest. According to Transfermarkt, the defender has a current market value of €55.00m.
