Crystal Palace is reportedly interested in securing a loan deal for Mohammed Salisu from Monaco. The club has approached Monaco to express their interest in the loan transfer. Salisu, a 26-year-old Ghanaian central defender, has been with Monaco since 2023 and has made 37 appearances. He started his professional career at Real Valladolid before transferring to Southampton in England. Alongside Crystal Palace, Olympiakos is also reportedly keen on acquiring Salisu. Negotiations are said to be ongoing, with Crystal Palace considering other defensive options, including Manchester City's Manuel Akanji, who is reportedly being pursued by Galatasaray and Bayer Leverkusen. Salisu's contract with Monaco is valid until 2028, and his market value is currently estimated by Transfermarkt to be €12 million.
