According to TEAMtalk, Arsenal and Manchester United made enquiries for the Al-Hilal forward before the summer transfer window concluded and reportedly remain interested in him. It is said that Al-Hilal is under no financial pressure to sell. The centre-forward has been capped by Ivory Coast U23 and joined Al-Hilal in February 2026 on a contract that runs until 2029. The Saudi club reportedly paid €30 million to sign him from Rennes, and bids during the January 2026 window were said to have reached up to €40 million.
