Arsenal and Manchester United were reportedly interested in signing 18-year-old centre-forward Mohamed Kader Meite before the transfer deadline. According to TEAMtalk, both clubs made enquiries for the player, while Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with him. Meite's current club, Al-Hilal, is not under financial pressure to sell and his contract runs until June 2029.
