Manchester United are interested in signing Sporting CP's left-back, Maximiliano Araujo, at the end of the season. While the player's release clause is €80 million, it is thought that his Portuguese club is willing to approve his departure for approximately €50 million. Manchester City is also monitoring his situation, and it is not yet clear if an official offer will be made by Manchester United.
