After his desired return to Inter did not happen, 33-year-old Argentine centre-forward Mauro Icardi is reassessing his strategy but wants to find a new club in Serie A. The possibility of a move to Milan remains, as the Rossoneri have not ruled out making an approach soon. The club is seeking an experienced player to partner with Gonzalo Ramos for coach Ruben Amorim, and Icardi's arrival would likely lead to Francesco Camarda being sent out on loan. Other clubs that admire the player include Tottenham and Everton in the Premier League, Paok Salonicco in Greece, and Betis in Spain. Icardi has been without a club since July 2026 and has a current Transfermarkt market value of €3.0M. He has 8 caps and 1 goal for Argentina.
