Borussia Dortmund has shown an interest in Matias Soulé, the 22-year-old Argentinian winger, and has reportedly made several inquiries about him. However, they have yet to make an official offer to Roma. Roma secured Soulé's services from Juventus for 26 million euros plus bonuses last summer. The proposed deal, rumored to be around 30 million euros as reported in Germany, might not be practical, as this figure aligns with his current market value according to Transfermarkt. Soulé, who is also gaining attention from Stuttgart in the Bundesliga, remains under contract until 2029. He plays in a position for which Roma recently signed Leon Bailey. Despite being regarded as a key player by Roma's coach Gian Piero Gasperini, the club's financial constraints under a settlement agreement make it difficult to declare any player as non-transferable.
