Globo.com reports that Botafogo is interested in signing CRB goalkeeper Matheus Albino. The club has made initial contact regarding the 31-year-old Brazilian, who is on a list of six potential signings, as they urgently seek a new player for the position. Any deal must be completed before the transfer window for players in Brazil closes on March 27. Albino, who joined CRB in January 2024 on a contract that runs until the end of 2028, has never played in the Série A. He recently won a state championship with his club and has made 10 appearances in the Campeonato Alagoano this season. According to Transfermarkt, his current market value is €500k.
