Mateo Flores Transfer from Real Betis to Mirandés
Mundo Deportivo has reported that Mirandés is interested in securing Mateo Flores on loan from Real Betis. The club has reached out to Real Betis to inquire about the possibility of loaning Flores. Currently, Flores is participating in preseason training with the first team under the guidance of Manuel Pellegrini. Mirandés is reportedly one of four teams showing interest in Flores, with the other clubs being the Portuguese teams Arouca and Gil Vicente, along with the Spanish team Albacete. In April, Flores extended his contract with Real Betis until 2029. The 21-year-old midfielder, who is considered promising, played 17 matches with the first team last season, accumulating 620 minutes across Liga, Copa, and Conference games. Despite his recent contract extension, it seems likely that he will be loaned to a team in a higher category.
