Manchester City officially announces the signing of goalkeeper Marcus Bettinelli from FC Chelsea. The English goalkeeper will join the club with a one-year contract and will also be part of the Club World Cup squad. Marcus Bettinelli, aged 33, has previously made 137 appearances in the English Championship and seven in the Premier League. He will replace Scott Carson, whose contract was not renewed, as part of Manchester City's goalkeeping team.
