Maksymilian Pingot has moved to Odra Opole on a temporary transfer from Górnik Zabrze for the upcoming season. Previously, Pingot played 22 matches for the first team of Lech Poznań before making a permanent move to Górnik Zabrze last summer. During the first part of the last season, he made eleven appearances for the team coached by Michal Gašparík, after which he was loaned to ŁKS Łódź in the winter. He returned to Górnik Zabrze after the season. Pingot's career will continue at Odra Opole. He had previously represented this club during the spring round of the 2022/2023 season while on loan from Lech Poznań.

Górnik Zabrze has decided to loan out central defender Maksymilian Pingot again due to a lack of opportunities for regular first-team football. The 23-year-old Polish youth international spent the previous spring on loan at first-league side ŁKS Łódź. Maksymilian Dyśko of TVP Sport reported that Pingot will join Odra Opole for the upcoming season. This is Pingot's second time at the club, as he was previously loaned to the Opole team from Lech Poznań during the second half of the 2022/2023 season. He will play under coach Łukasz Tomczyk. Pingot has 11 caps and one goal for the Poland U21 team, and his contract with Górnik Zabrze is valid until June 30, 2028. Transfermarkt estimates his current market value at €250k.
