Luca Stephenson is expected to earn Liverpool a significant transfer fee this summer, after an impressive two years at Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership. Dundee United boss Jim Goodwin believes that Stephenson has done so well under his guidance that the Tangerines are likely to be unable to afford a permanent transfer for the Liverpool player. Goodwin stated that his feeling is that Luca Stephenson wants to be somewhere permanently. Goodwin added that he would expect Stephenson to want stability and a chance to progress. Goodwin also said that Stephenson is under contract at Liverpool and that, given how well he has performed there, he thinks there would be a considerable transfer fee.
