TEAMtalk has confirmed that Everton, Manchester City, Liverpool, Newcastle United, and Sunderland were among several clubs present at Stockport to observe Leicester City's 18-year-old English central midfielder, Louis Page. TEAMtalk also confirmed that Everton is continuing to monitor his development. Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund also had scouts at the game. Previous interested parties have included Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham. Page has 3 caps for England U19, joined Leicester City in July 2025, and his contract runs until 2029. It was reported in September 2026 that Leicester's asking price had risen to a guaranteed €14 million plus €3.5 million in add-ons. In August 2026, Manchester United reportedly had a bid of around €12 million rejected, and an unspecified offer from Arsenal was also turned down.
