Watford are also interested in the 22-year-old, and there is reportedly interest in him from Hearts. Despite his free agency, Rangers will be due a nominal fee for King because he is under the age of 24, but it is likely to be a reasonably low figure. It is not clear what the player’s preference is at this time.
