Leo Román Transfer from Mallorca to Celta de Vigo
Mundo Deportivo has reported that Celta is interested in acquiring Leo Román, considering him a potential transfer target. This interest adds to the competition Espanyol is encountering in their pursuit of the player. Journalist Tomeu Maura, who covers Mallorca, has indicated that Espanyol is preparing to make an official offer for Leo Román. However, their ability to move forward with this offer is contingent upon receiving funds from the sale of Joan Garcia. Mallorca is demanding a transfer fee of approximately 10 million euros for Román, an amount that Espanyol currently finds beyond their financial reach. Espanyol is not the only club interested, as they face competition from Atlético and Celta, who are also keen on the young goalkeeper.
