Lassine Sinayoko, a 26-year-old Malian international, has been followed by Lille in recent months, along with Lens, Saint-Étienne, and newly-promoted Premier League club Ipswich. The forward is in a conflict with his club, Auxerre, after they rejected an €8 million offer, including bonuses, from Paris FC this week. The disagreement stems from a written promise by Auxerre's management to release Sinayoko for an offer equivalent to a previous €8 million bid from Lens. Auxerre now believes the player's value has increased, and in response to the rejected offer, Sinayoko refused to train. His contract with Auxerre runs until June 2027, and he has 30 caps and 10 goals for Mali. The player's current market value is €10.00m, according to Transfermarkt.
