AS Eupen, a club owned by Qatar Sports Investments which also owns PSG and is a shareholder in SC Braga, has reached a principle agreement with Kikas, a 27-year-old Portuguese forward. The Belgian club, currently 5th in the country's second division and coached by Bruno Pinheiro, is aiming to sign the forward immediately, although Estrela da Amadora has made a contract renewal offer to him. As Kikas is in the final year of his contract, Eupen has submitted a concrete offer to sign him now, which is being analyzed by the SAD led by Paulo Lopo.
