Kamil Piątkowski is linked with a return to Spain, potentially joining Getafe. According to Daniel Sobis from Eleven Sports, negotiations are ongoing for the 25-year-old defender to join Getafe. Piątkowski's contract with Salzburg runs until June 30, 2026, but he may leave the Red Bull owned club this summer.
Kamil Piatkowski's contract with Red Bull Salzburg is due to expire next year, making him a potential candidate for departure in the last two weeks of the transfer window. LaLiga club Getafe is reportedly keeping a keen eye on the 24-year-old Polish central defender. His current market value is estimated at 4.5 million Euros, a decrease from its previous peak, according to Transfermarkt data. In addition, English clubs Sheffield United and FC Watford have expressed interest in Piatkowski. He joined Salzburg in 2021 from Raków Częstochowa for a reported fee of 5 million Euros and has been loaned out three times since then. The defender has made 57 appearances for the club, scoring once, and his departure appears to be imminent.
